3. Facility Use and Membership

  • You will comply with all staff instructions regarding the use of equipment.
  • You will not engage in any behavior that disrupts other customers' enjoyment.
  • You will not consume food or beverages near gaming equipment unless specifically permitted.
  • Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered individual.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend memberships if these terms are violated.
  • Membership fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing members.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

When booking our services:

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or in person.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to technical issues, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rebooking option will be provided.

5. Age Restrictions and Parental Consent

The following age restrictions apply to our services:

  • Customers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Customers under the age of 16 must have parental consent to use VR equipment.
  • Customers under the age of 18 must have parental consent to participate in tournaments.
  • We adhere strictly to the Australian Classification Board ratings for games. Age-restricted content will not be accessible to underage customers.
  • After 8 PM, all customers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and promotional materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Outback Gaming Hub or our content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our express written consent.
